Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized psychiatric care grounded in clinical expertise, compassion, and respect. We are dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and adults through thoughtful, evidence-based treatment.

Our practice specializes in treating psychiatric conditions through psychopharmacology, the use of carefully prescribed medications to help manage and reduce psychological symptoms and support overall functioning. Treatment plans are developed based on each patient’s unique diagnosis, history, and goals, with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and long-term stability.

We believe in a patient-centered approach that values collaboration, continuity, and trust. Every treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with the goal of improving daily functioning, emotional resilience, and overall quality of life. PHONE HOURS
Appointments are scheduled during Office Hours, which include both in-person and telehealth visits. These are the hours during which Dr. Crabbe is available to see patients.

Phone Hours refer to the time when our office staff is available to assist with all other matters, including appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, insurance questions, and general concerns.
Please note that no appointments are scheduled outside of Office Hours.

All first-time appointments (new patient evaluations) are conducted in person only.
Telehealth availability is at the discretion of the physician.
All patients are required to be seen in person periodically—we do not offer exclusively telehealth-based care.
